Display
LED wall or interactive display: which do I need?
LED walls give one large, bright picture for lobbies, boardrooms, control rooms and stages. Interactive displays suit rooms where people write and share together. The free survey tells you which fits.
Can I see them working first?
Yes. LED walls and interactive displays are on show at the 1-TO-ALL showroom in Bangkok.
Who installs and looks after it?
We do: survey, design, installation, training, warranty and repairs, from one team.
LED
Leyard or Unilumin: how do I choose?
Leyard for broadcast-grade quality, virtual production and premium boardrooms. Unilumin for outdoor billboards, stadiums, large auditoriums and budget-conscious projects.
Does it work with Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms?
Yes. A meeting-room LED wall takes the video conferencing system’s output over HDMI, SDI or NDI. It works like any display, with a far better picture in a brightly lit room.
What can it show?
Video, images, live data, live broadcast, social feeds and generated content — anything that comes over HDMI, DisplayPort or the network. Our team can design content templates too.
How is it different from outdoor LED?
Indoor LED is made for indoor light: a finer pixel pitch, lower brightness that is easy on the eyes, and no waterproofing needed.
What does the building need?
Our engineers inspect the wall structure, the electrical system and the ventilation, and tell you what to prepare before installation.
What decides the brightness and pixel pitch?
The viewing distance, which way the screen faces the sun, and the content you will show. Our team works it out during the on-site survey.
Who handles the permits?
We do. Our engineers survey the site, calculate the wind load, assess permitting and propose a configuration — at no cost.
Interactive Display
MAXHUB or Newline?
MAXHUB focuses on all-in-one value for rolling out meeting rooms. Newline is designed for teaching and learning.
Why get Newline through us?
Newline is one of our partner brands, so the manufacturer’s warranty, local technical support and spare parts all come through us.
Do they work with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Yes. Newline RS+ supports both through an OPS or external computer; MAXHUB XBoard V7 integrates with both natively.
Meeting Rooms
Can one room handle Zoom, Teams and Webex?
Yes. Zoom Rooms supports direct guest join for Microsoft Teams and Webex, so one room can join meetings on several platforms without changing hardware.
Which hardware brands do you use?
Certified cameras, microphone arrays, speakerphones and room controllers from AVer, Yealink, Logitech and Poly — chosen for the room’s shape, acoustics and number of people.
Boardrooms
Can the AV really be hidden?
Yes. Cameras can be recessed into the ceiling, microphones built into the furniture and speakers distributed out of sight — coordinated with your interior architect and lighting designer.
Video Conferencing
When is AVer the right choice?
When you want strong value for performance, are rolling out many rooms at once, need the FONE700 ceiling speakerphone, or have a budget to keep to.
Can a Zoom Room join Microsoft Teams or Webex calls?
Yes, through Zoom Rooms Direct Guest Join.
Can I use an LED wall in a meeting room?
Yes. The video conferencing system feeds the LED wall like any display, with a far better picture in a bright room.
Screen Share
Do guests need to install anything?
No. Apple, Android and Windows devices share with the screen mirroring they already have. For laptops there is also a USB-C button that needs no driver.
Is it secure?
Sharing is encrypted, an optional code controls who can join, and guests can be kept off your corporate network.
Does it work with Zoom and Teams?
Yes. People in the room share with Astrogate, and people online join on Zoom or Teams as usual.
Will it work with our screens?
Yes. The receiver connects to the display over HDMI, interactive displays included.
Public Address
Public address or professional sound — what’s the difference?
Public address carries announcements, information and emergency messages clearly to large groups. Professional sound is for places that need high-quality audio — theatres, concert halls and conference centres.
Does it support Dante audio networking?
Yes, on selected AUDAC processors and amplifiers. We confirm which ones fit your system in the design.
Classrooms
How is a smart classroom different from a meeting room?
It is built for one-to-many teaching rather than equal-participant conversation: the camera frames the teacher and the materials, and the mics put the teacher’s voice first.
Can every classroom be set up the same?
Yes. We standardise the configuration across classrooms: one platform for IT and the same experience for teachers and students in every room.
Auditoriums
Can remote staff join a town hall?
Yes. Town halls are set up for hybrid attendance across offices and remote staff, on Zoom Rooms with a touchscreen controller.
See your space first.
