This policy explains how 1-TO-ALL Co., Ltd. (“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use zpace11.com or contact ZPACE 11, our audio-visual brand, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.

2. What we collect
- What you enter in our forms (talk to sales, site survey, showroom visit, quote, reseller application): your name, phone, email, company or organisation, message and request details such as room size, number of people, region, brands of interest and the visit date and time.
- Messages you send us: through the chat button on the site, LINE @zpace11, Facebook Messenger, email or Call Center 1605.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages opened, and the campaign tags that brought you to the site.
- Site usage data: from Google Analytics, only if you press “Accept” for analytics cookies (see section 6).
We don’t ask for sensitive data such as religion, health or biometrics. Please don’t send it in a form or chat.
3. How we use it, and why we may

We never sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
- Mobile11 Contact Center: our customer contact system, which receives forms, chats and bookings.
- Service providers working for us: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (Analytics and YouTube).
- LINE and Meta (Facebook): when you choose to talk to us there; their own privacy policies apply.
- Partner brands or installation teams: only what they need to quote, register or support your project.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside Thailand
Cloudflare and Google may store data on servers outside Thailand. We use providers with adequate data protection safeguards, as the PDPA requires.
6. Cookies
- Necessary (always on): remember your cookie choice and settings, and the campaign tag that shows where a request came from.
- Analytics (off unless you allow it): Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, uses the _ga cookies to count visits and clicks.
- Advertising: we don’t use advertising cookies.
- YouTube: videos load from YouTube only when you press play, through its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Change your choice anytime in “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page, or delete cookies in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become a project: 2 years after our last contact.
- Customers and projects: for the contract and warranty, then 10 years.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Website technical logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them.
After that we delete the data or make it anonymous.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS on every page. Only staff who need the data can reach it, and every provider must protect it to the same standard.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- see your data and get a copy
- have it corrected
- have it deleted, restricted, or object to its use
- receive it in a format you can reuse
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

10. Children
This site is for organisations. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 20; if we find we have, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
